No. The PDF, data package and XML outputs are reference and preparation documents. The official CBAM declaration is submitted in the CBAM Registry by the authorised CBAM declarant in the EU. Where verification is required, the outputs do not replace accredited verification.
The authorised CBAM declarant in the EU submits it: the importer or an indirect customs representative. The declaration is annual and is due by 30 September of the following year. An exporter outside the EU does not submit a declaration; it prepares and shares the emissions data its importer needs.
Producers exporting to the EU and importers in the EU open a "Company" account and choose their CBAM role (exporter or importer) at sign-up. Customs brokers choose the "Customs broker" account; if the registration number matches the Turkish Ministry of Trade register, the account opens immediately. Invited suppliers do not open an account; they enter data through the link they receive.
Other companies cannot see your data; each company's data is kept separate. Data is shared only through your own actions: when a supplier answers your invitation, the data it enters appears in your dashboard; if you work with a customs broker, the broker can access only its client companies. Exporters can choose to join the Exporter Directory and show their emission intensity indicator to importers; joining is optional. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.
The platform is available in Turkish and English. Some e-mails, PDFs and export files are currently in Turkish only. The customs broker page is in Turkish.
Start from your role's page. Exporters can see where their data stands with the free readiness check and then choose a plan. Importers can request a demo and we'll walk through the supplier flow together. Customs brokers can sign up with their registration number or book a short intro call.
